Cancellation Policy
1. General 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the CHATEAU CAMOU Vineyard facilities, located at 22750 Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico. 1.2 By visiting our vineyard, you agree to abide by all provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 1.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications will take effect upon posting on our website. 2. Reservations and Payments 2.1 All reservations for access to and use of the CHATEAU CAMOU Vineyard facilities must be made at least three days in advance through our website, telephone, or directly with the staff at our facilities. 2.2 To confirm a reservation, a deposit corresponding to 50% (fifty percent) of the total cost of the reservation is required, which is non-refundable if cancellation is not made in accordance with the policies described herein. 2.3 Full payment of the reservation cost must be made at least 3 days before the date of the visit. 2.4 For groups of more than nine people, you must contact our team directly for a personalized quote that fits your needs. 2.5 Any change in the date or number of attendees of the reservation must be notified at least 72 hours in advance. 2.6 During the celebration of events with high demand or festive dates, special contracting conditions may apply, which will be previously communicated at the time of booking. 2.7 We accept transfers, deposits at the counter or with a payment link as payment methods. 3. Cancellation Policy 3.1 Cancellations must be made 3 days or more in advance, the deposit may be used as credit for future reservations, which will be applicable only during the next 6 months. 3.2 Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a 10% penalty, with the remainder being used as credit for future bookings, applicable only within the next 6 months. 3.3 CHATEAU CAMOU reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of adverse weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such event, a rescheduling or full refund of the amount covered will be offered.
