(hereinafter, Chateau Camou), is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data collected in each case to respond to your request for the products or services that Chateau Camou markets or provides or for their formalization, to carry out selection, placement and, where appropriate, hiring processes for its personnel, or to establish a commercial relationship with you.

Chateau Camou values maintaining a close and active relationship with its clients, potential clients, suppliers, and employees or candidates. Therefore, it may collect your personal data for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice. We inform you that Chateau Camou will process and safeguard your personal data based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, established in the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.
Chateau Camou informs you that it has adopted the best administrative, physical, and technical measures within its reach to offer the safeguard and confidentiality of the personal data it possesses, regarding any breach they may suffer due to damage, loss, alteration, misuse, unauthorized access, or even unauthorized processing.
In case Chateau Camou detects a breach of personal data, it will immediately notify the data subject so that the latter may take the measures deemed prudent to protect them. Chateau Camou will indicate to the data subjects the type of actions it will implement both to minimize any unforeseen event such breach could generate, and to reduce the likelihood of a similar event occurring again.
Personal data that may be collected:
Clients, Potential Clients or Suppliers
If you are a client or potential client, Chateau Camou will collect from you the personal data necessary for the request, analysis, and formalization of the product or service you request or require. If you are a supplier, Chateau Camou will collect from you the personal data necessary to establish a commercial relationship with you. Chateau Camou may collect: your name; address and proof of address; date of birth; nationality; occupation; profession; business activity or line of business; phone numbers; address; email address; Clave Única de Registro de Población; Registro Federal de Contribuyentes; as well as, where applicable, the serial number of your Advanced Electronic Signature.
It is important to inform you that Chateau Camou will collect from you, as the case may be and depending on the type of product or service, bank account data and credit history, as well as your primary source of income, in order to comply, in addition, with applicable legal provisions regarding the prevention and detection of acts, omissions, or operations that could support, aid, or cooperate in any way in the commission of the crimes provided for in Articles 139 and 148 Bis of the Código Penal Federal or that may fall within the scope of Article 400 Bis of the same legal provision.
Likewise, Chateau Camou is obligated to request additional data from you that, if applicable, may be required for an analysis based on quantitative and qualitative information that allows for establishing your creditworthiness and payment capacity.
Employees or candidates
If you are an employee or candidate, Chateau Camou will collect from you the personal, financial, and/or sensitive personal data that are necessary to carry out the selection, placement, and where appropriate, hiring processes of its personnel. Chateau Camou may collect: your name, copy of an official photo ID (passport, voter ID, professional license), date of birth, copy of birth certificate, address, copy of proof of address (utility, phone, or property tax bills), copy of released military service card (if applicable), marital status, nationality, email, home and/or mobile phone number, copy of Registro Federal de Contribuyentes, copy of Clave Única de Registro de Probación (CURP), social security number, copy of Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social ID card, education certificates or proof of studies, language proficiency certificates, employee number, employee category and position, salary, income and deductions, copy of employment registration, termination or salary modification certificate, as well as disability documents from the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, copy of your Afore account statement, copy of last job income certificate, photograph, personal, family and job references, emergency contact information, job application, curriculum vitae, copy of mortgage loan certificates, recommendation letters, previous job certificates, financial data: account numbers and bank card number for payroll deposit, loans, socioeconomic studies, and information related to beneficiaries or economic dependents: full name and date of birth.
Chateau Camou may also collect and process the following sensitive personal data: health status, past or current illnesses, allergies, blood type, results of medical exams, records of treatments, disabilities, religious beliefs, and union affiliation.
Purposes of the processing of your personal data: The personal data that Chateau Camou collects will be processed through the data processing systems used by Chateau Camou, handled confidentially through systems designed for such purposes, and used for the following purposes:
Clients and potential clients
1) To operate and register the products you may have contracted, as well as to inform you about changes or new products or services related to those contracted or acquired by you; 2) to provide the services and products requested by you; and 3) to comply with obligations undertaken with you.
Likewise, if you expressly object, your data will be treated confidentially in order to offer you, when applicable, other products from Chateau Camou or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, associates and/or agents, and promotions of other goods or services related to said products.
Employees or candidates
To initiate a labor relationship. This information includes: 1) verification of the data provided in the job application or curriculum vitae; 2) verification of personal and job references; 3) performance of socioeconomic studies; 4) hiring processes; 5) compliance with legal obligations during and after the employment relationship if necessary; 6) contacting relatives in case of absenteeism or emergency; 7) providing references if another person or company requests information about potential candidates for a job, position, or commission; 8) posting them in job exchange groups; and 9) informing the union of new hires.
Suppliers
1) To integrate your supplier record; and 2) to verify that you meet the legal requirements.
Transfer of Personal Data: Chateau Camou may transfer your personal data to national or foreign third parties that provide necessary services for its proper operation, as well as to its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, associates, agents or companies within the same group as Chateau Camou. Consent for the transfer of your personal data shall be deemed granted, unless you expressly object and such objection is valid.
In such cases, we inform you that Chateau Camou, as the data controller, guarantees that this Privacy Notice will be respected at all times and will take necessary measures to ensure that persons who access your personal data comply with it, as well as with the personal data protection principles established in the Law.
Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (Derechos ARCO): You or your duly authorized legal representative may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data. You may also exercise, where applicable, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition granted to you by the Law; and, where appropriate, revoke your consent regarding the processing of your personal data, by submitting a request to Chateau Camou’s Customer Service Center or via a written request to the following email: info@ccamou.com. It is important to mention that the exercise of any of these rights is not a prerequisite nor does it impede the exercise of another right.
This request must include and be accompanied by the following: I. the name of the data subject, address and email to communicate the response to your request; II. documents proving the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the data subject; such as a copy of a valid official ID, power of attorney, etc.; III. a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; and IV. any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated by any conduct or omission on our part, or suspect any violation of the provisions set forth in the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, its Regulations and other applicable provisions, you may file a complaint with the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI). We inform you that you have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (better known as INAI), within 15 days after the date you receive the response from Chateau Camou, or from the end of the 20-day period starting from the date of receipt of your rights request without having received a response from Chateau Camou via written communication sent to your address or email.
We also inform you that by exercising your right of access to information, Chateau Camou will send you either a hard copy, electronic document or any other medium at Chateau Camou’s discretion, containing a copy of the information or data that you previously provided to Chateau Camou.
The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case so justify.
